Processing Times
Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Peak Season Note: During holidays and major sales events, processing may take 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after shipment
International Shipping
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-21 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10-21 business days
- Other Countries: 14-28 business days

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the US. International orders are shipped via USPS International or DHL.
Carrier selection is based on your location, order size, and shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Tracking Updates
Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of shipment. Scans may be delayed during transit—this is normal.

If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us.
