If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Look for delivery notices or safe-drop locations
  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
  4. Contact us if still missing after 24 hours

We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
